Product enquiries and paid services

Product descriptions are information for evaluating a pilot. Sending an enquiry, viewing a page or opening Enclave does not order a paid service, create a debit order or authorise payment. A paid engagement requires agreed scope, contracting authority, complete supplier particulars, price, taxes, service commencement, renewal/cancellation and support terms. Request these before committing. We do not promise free operation forever or publish an automatic subscription on this website.

Responsible use and intellectual property

You may browse, link to and keep reasonable copies of information for evaluating our products. Respect applicable intellectual-property rights. Do not impersonate Haven, misrepresent an endorsement, interfere with services, attempt unauthorised access or use this website to distribute unlawful material. Do not upload confidential community or identity information through an enquiry.

Accuracy, availability and links

We aim to keep product information current and correct material errors brought to our attention. Features described as planned, disabled or under pilot testing must not be treated as delivered services. Third-party links take you to services with their own terms and privacy practices. Availability can be interrupted by hosting, network or maintenance problems. Enclave does not supply guards, emergency dispatch or a guarantee of physical safety.

Privacy and communications

Read our website privacy notice. An email link opens your own mail application; you decide whether to send. An operational enquiry is not permission to add a person to a marketing list. Ask Haven to stop optional promotional contact if you no longer want it.

Complaints and applicable law

Contact Haven with the page, date and nature of the issue so we can investigate. These terms do not remove remedies, impose a blanket indemnity, exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or waive mandatory rights. South African law applies subject to applicable mandatory protections. Disputes and product-specific service terms must be addressed in the appropriate agreement; no exclusive dispute process is imposed by this information page.

The date above identifies this version. Material changes to a paid service must follow the relevant agreement and applicable notice requirements; editing this page does not silently change an agreed subscription price.
